This open learning community can be attended as needed by home and community-based providers and supervisors that utilize adventure programming to build skills and support positive relationships with youth and families. The monthly virtual learning space will include an engagement activity, a short didactic about experiential skill building, large group discussion about implementation, participant sharing of barriers and successes, and consultation with recommendations related to participants’ specific settings.
